RESISTANCE PROGRAM

Our Resistance Band Workout Program focuses on progressive resistance training to target every major muscle group while also improving cardiovascular fitness and mobility. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start your fitness journey or an experienced athlete seeking a new challenge, this program adapts to your needs with varying levels of resistance.

Before beginning any XS Fitness Program, consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you suffer from any chronic condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking any medications. Participate at your own risk. Participating in any exercise or physical activity program carries risk of possible physical injury. You assume all responsibility for any injuries that may occur. Ensure you perform exercises in a safe environment, wear appropriate attire, and follow all safety instructions.
